The claiming period runs from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM on February 4, 2026, and ends on February 9, 2026. Please proceed to Accounting for verification before proceeding to Window 11 at the University Cashier.

The Scholarship Affairs Unit is open tomorrow and will be accepting submissions of LandBank Accounts from 7:30 AM until 2:30 PM only. An extension will be given to students who will not be able to submit tomorrow until February 2, 2026.
The listed names are beneficiaries of TES Batch 1.1, 1st Semester of Academic Year 2025-2026. They are required to visit the Scholarship Affairs Unit, located on the 2nd Floor of the Student Affairs and Services Building, in front of the old CAS Building, to submit a photocopy of their IDs from February 2 to February 4, 2026.
Please keep in mind that failure to submit the requirements will result in the delay of your stipend.

The claiming period starts today, January 21, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and ends on January 29, 2026.

Please be informed that you may now claim your Scholarship Program for Future Statisticians (SPFS).
The claiming period starts tomorrow, January 15, 2026, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM until January 19, 2026. Proceed to the Accounting Office for verification, then proceed to Window 11 at the University Cashier.

All TES and TDP grantees are required to submit a photocopy of their LandBank of the Philippines (LBP) account card (piso account or regular savings account), FRONT ONLY, for transfer and payout of stipends and grants.

You may submit your photocopy at the Scholarship Affairs Unit, 2nd Floor of the Office of Student Affairs and Services Building, in front of the old CAS building.
Please ensure the photocopy is clear and readable, especially the Account Number. Late or incomplete submissions may cause a delay in the release of financial assistance.

Government work on December 29 and January 2, 2026, is suspended through Memorandum Circular 111. The university will be closed, and regular transactions will continue on January 5, 2026.

Please be informed that you may still claim your checks from the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office III until December 26, 2025, only from 8:00 AM onwards. Excluding the dates December 24 and 25, 2025.
Bring a photocopy of your validated student ID with three (3) wet signatures below the ID or any valid government-issued ID with 3 specimen signatures.
Unclaimed checks will be considered stale checks (expired) and will not be claimed or cashed due to the deadline given to claim the checks.
Please be informed that all TES stipends that remain unclaimed until 11:30 AM today will be returned to CHED.
We strongly advise all TES grantees who have not yet claimed their stipend to do so by the specified time. Failure to claim within the given schedule will result in forfeiture of the stipend, subject to CHED guidelines.

The claiming period starts tomorrow, December 17, 2025, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and ends on December 22, 2025. Please proceed to the Administrative Building for verification before visiting the Accounting Office, and then proceed to Window 11 at the University Cashier.
Please be reminded that unclaimed stipends after December 22, 2025, will be liquidated to CHED-UniFAST.
Note that TDP claiming does not allow any authorization from immediate family. Only the grantee is allowed to claim the stipend. No authorization will be entertained.

Please be informed that you may now claim your Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) for the 1st and 2nd semesters for the Academic Year 2024-2025.
The claiming period starts tomorrow, December 16, 2025, from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM, and ends on December 17, 2025. Please proceed to the University Cashier, Window 11.
Before going to the Cashiering Office, please sign the payroll and submit the required documents to the Accounting Unit. After completing these steps, you may proceed to Window 11 for payout.
Please note that any subsidy not claimed by December 17, 2025, will be liquidated and returned to CHED UniFAST.

The claiming period is until December 15, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, except on December 8 and 11, 2025.

A grant-in-aid program that supports the full or partial cost of tertiary education of priority students in SUCs, CHED recognized LUCs and private higher education institutions (HEIs)
TDP aims to support at least the partial cost of tertiary education, inclusive of education-related expenses of the grantee. TDP is a subsidy under the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) Program.
Filipino students enrolled in courses shall be exempt from paying tuition and other school fees for units enrolled in any comparable undergraduate degree in any SUC and LUC
Short stories and messages of gratitude shared by students who are benefiting and have benefited from Free Higher Education and the Tertiary Education Subsidy Program under the law of Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education (RA 10931) and other private partnership scholarships of Pampanga State University (former Don Honorio Ventura State University).
