The Scholarship Affairs Unit recorded a 5% year-on-year increase in the number of active scholars, showing continued growth in student participation in scholarship programs. The unit ensured that at least 95% of scholarship benefits were released on time, allowing scholars to receive their support without delay. It also fully met all funding agency requirements and reported zero major audit findings, reflecting proper and responsible management of scholarship funds. In addition, the unit maintained a scholar retention rate of 90% or higher, demonstrating its ongoing commitment to supporting scholars throughout their academic journey.

The Scholarship Affairs Unit supports SDG 3, SDG 5, SDG 8, SDG 10, and SDG 12 by promoting student well-being, ensuring equal access to scholarship opportunities, reducing financial barriers to education, supporting academic and career development, and encouraging responsible use of educational resources to foster inclusive and sustainable growth. 

The Scholarship Affairs Unit is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of its scholars, applicants, and stakeholders. All personal data collected by the unit are used only for legitimate scholarship-related purposes, such as application processing, evaluation, benefit release, monitoring, and reporting.

The unit ensures that personal information is collected fairly, stored securely, and handled with care. Access to data is limited to authorized personnel only and is protected against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

Personal data are shared only with relevant offices or funding agencies when required and in accordance with applicable data privacy laws and institutional policies. The Scholarship Affairs Unit retains personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill its purpose or to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
