Interested student applicants for the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) must fill out the Application for Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) Form of Scholarship Affairs.

Strictly follow the print size of the application form on LONG BOND PAPER (8.5 x 13 inches). Students who do not follow the print size won't proceed with the application.
