Students Scholarship Assistance Program (SSAP)
The Students Scholarship Assistance Program is a university-funded system that provides subsidies to deserving students who demonstrate excellence in a specific field or area. This is also a mechanism designed to uplift and motivate student achievers, as well as engage them in similar activities, in furtherance of the goal to support the welfare of the general student population.
The objective of this is to give financial assistance to deserving students who offer dedicated service to the University and excel in academic, sports, and art and culture
CMO No. 20, series of 2011… Budget allocation shall be used for… Scholarship and incentives grant designed to uplift and motivate student achievers, and other similar activities, in furtherance of the goal in support of the welfare of the general student population.”
The number of slots available shall depend on the availability of the 7.5%-12.5% budget for allocation for student development.
CHED Scholarship
Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES)
A grant-in-aid program that supports the full or partial cost of tertiary education of priority students in SUCs, CHED-recognized LUCs, and private higher education institutions (HEIs).

Tulong Dunong Program (TDP)
TDP aims to support at least the partial cost of tertiary education, inclusive of education-related expenses of the grantee. TDP is a subsidy under the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) Program.

Free Higher Education
All Filipino students who are either currently enrolled at the time of the effectivity of this Act, or shall enroll at any time thereafter, in courses in pursuance of a bachelor’s degree, certificate degree, or any comparable undergraduate degree in any SUC and LUC shall be exempt from paying tuition and other school fees for units enrolled in.
