In accordance with BOR Resolution No. 87, s. 2025, dated October 9, 2026, the Scholarship Affairs Unit of the University under the Office of Student Admissions and Support Services, formerly the Office of Admissions, Counseling and Testing Center, was created.
The Scholarship Affairs Unit is responsible for managing and supporting all of the university's scholarship programs. The unit helps students access financial assistance so they can continue their studies without added burden. It serves as a link between students, the university, and scholarship providers from government, private groups, and other partners.
The Scholarship Affairs Unit manages the application, evaluation, and processing of all scholarship grants in the university. It assists students in understanding scholarship requirements, benefits, and responsibilities. The unit coordinates with internal offices and external scholarship sponsors to ensure smooth implementation of scholarship programs. It monitors the academic performance and compliance of scholars to ensure they meet the conditions of their grants. The unit provides guidance and support to scholars to help them maintain their scholarships. It also keeps accurate and updated records of scholars and scholarship programs. Lastly, the unit promotes available scholarship opportunities to inform and encourage qualified students to apply.
