DOST Pampanga Visits PamSU Learning Resource Center Ahead of September RSTW

Representatives from the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Pampanga visited the University Learning Resource Center of Pampanga State University (PamSU) on August 27, 2026, to check the venue and discuss preparations for the upcoming Regional Science, Technology, and Innovation Week (RSTW).
The visit was led by Pampanga Provincial Science and Technology Director Ms. Mary Michelle M. Quiambao, together with Engr. Angelica L. Velasco and Mr. Khiro Ymil C. Capili of DOST Pampanga.
They were assisted by Mark Ian Maguddayao, Head of the Scholarship Affairs Unit, along with Joshua Emmanuel P. Bernabe, RSW, and Asmilah S. Diamla, both staff members of the unit. Also present during the visit were University Learning Resource Center Director Suzette B. Macaspac, RL, MLIS, together with Ms. Michelle J. Ocampo.
The group discussed the possible setup of the event, the expected number of attendees, the use of the venue, and other matters related to the upcoming activity.
The 2026 DOST Scholars’ Summit, one of the activities of the 2026 RSTW, will be held on September 3, 2026, at Pampanga State University, Bacolor, Pampanga. The summit will bring together DOST scholars for an activity focused on science, technology, innovation, research, and public service.
The visit is part of the preparations for the event and further strengthens the partnership between Pampanga State University and DOST Region 3 in supporting scholars and promoting science and technology among students.
