OSASS Conducts UniFAST Orientation for First-Year Students at Lubao Campus 

The Office of Student Admissions and Support Services (OSASS) conducted a UniFAST Orientation for first-year students at the Pampanga State University - Lubao Campus on September 17, 2026.

The orientation was led by OSASS Director Richard N. Briones, MAGC, RGC, who discussed Republic Act No. 10931, or the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act. He explained the key provisions of the law and provided students with information on the government’s programs that support access to higher education.

The activity aimed to help first-year students better understand the benefits and assistance available to them under UniFAST.
