Overview
The Records Management System of the Scholarship Affairs Unit (RMSSA) is a centralized digital platform that provides students with faster access to scholarship records and services. It allows students to check their information, track the status of their records, and access scholarship-related updates.
With the implementation of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) stipend disbursement through LandBank of the Philippines, Pampanga State University students can also verify their LandBank account information and view their stipend history through the system.
Accessibility
Students can search for their record by entering their first and last name in the search module. After selecting their name from the results, they will be asked to enter their student ID for verification. Once verified, they can view their account information and submit an appeal if any corrections are needed.
Please note that the RMSSA is currently in the testing phase. You may experience occasional delays or performance issues while using the system. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

If a student happens to encounter this (image below is an example), you may access the link using Incognito or the Brave browser to access the Record System. Due to the university domain restrictions, some of the accounts do not have access to external links.
