Tulong Dunong Program

TDP is a subsidy to support at least the partial cost of tertiary education, inclusive of education-related expenses of Filipino students enrolled in SUCs, CHED-recognized LUCs, and private higher education institutions.

Documentary Requirements

ALL requirements must be submitted in PDF format. Kindly merge all requirements and upload them to Google Drive with the file format: SCHOOL ACRONYM - SURNAME, GIVEN NAME MIDDLE NAME (example: ^PamSU-DELA CRUZ, JUAN PAMINTUAN). We advise students to use CamScanner to scan all requirements. ^Do not use PSU as a school acronym, as it will lead to confusion in encoding. Put PamSU.

Accomplish the Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) Annex 2 with an attached 2x2 ID picture.
PamSU SMS-generated copy of the Certificate of Registration for the 1st Semester A.Y. 2026-2027 and must be a Certified True Copy and signed by the University Registrar, OR
Certificate of Enrollment (COE) (IF Certificate of Registration (COR) is not available)
^Original Certificate of Indigency with dry seal—Scholarship purposes. (Please ensure that the address stated in the TDP Annex 2 Form matches the address declared in the Barangay Indigency.)

^In cases only when the Certificate of Indigency cannot be secured, the applicant may submit either

Certificate of Tax Exemption
Social Case Study issued by a registered Social Worker

Benefits

Php 7,500 per semester or Php 15,000 per academic year

Eligibility

Filipino Citizen
Must be enrolled at PamSU for the 1st semester A.Y. 2026-2027
Enrolled in any first undergraduate degree program in SUCs, LUCs, or private higher education institutions
NOT a recipient of CHED Scholarship Programs (CSPs), Tulong Dunong Program (TDP), SMART Program, DOST Scholarship, any other national government-funded STUFAPs, except those recipients of any one-time grant or subsidy such as, but not limited to, DSWD’s Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) program, etc.
No existing scholarship or financial assistance assisted by SAU, such as private grants.
