A grant-in-aid program that supports the full or partial cost of tertiary education of priority students in SUCs, CHED recognized LUCs and private higher education institutions (HEIs)

Documentary Requirements
Please attach the documentary requirements to the completed application form. Do note that you may attach what is required and applicable only to the applicant.
Do note that all requirements should be photocopied. Only the COR and COE are required to be authenticated and signed by the University Registrar.

Proof of Income of Parent or Guardian (required) (Recent Payslip, Certificate of Low Income, Barangay Indigency, Certificate of Tax Exemption, and Income Tax Return—whatever is available)
Utility Bill (Power or Water Bill) (NOT required; only applicable upon request of Scholarship Affairs for assessment purposes)

Benefits
CATEGORY 1: Php 10,000 per semester or Php 20,000 per academic year
CATEGORY 2: Php 5,000 per semester or Php 10,000 per academic year
Additional Benefits:
TES-3A (Person with Disability): Php 10,000 per academic year
TES-3B (Board/Licensure Examination Takers): Php 8,000 (One-Time Reimbursement)
Prioritization for new TES slots
CATEGORY 1: All enrolled students in SUCs, LUCs, and PHEIs, including private HEIs in cities or municipalities with no SUCs or LUCs (PNSLs), who are part of households included in the most updated Listahanan. In case of discontinuance of Listahanan as certified by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) list, certified and provided by the DSWD, including dependents of solo parents, those who are part of Indigenous Peoples communities, and persons with disabilities, shall be applied in this prioritization, ranked according to household per capita income as determined by the DSWD.
CATEGORY 2: All other enrolled students in SUCs, LUCs, and PHEIs, including PNSLs, who are children or dependents of solo parents (in active status) and those who are part of the Indigenous Cultural Communities or Indigenous Peoples (ICCs/IPs), ranked according to household per capita income to be determined by the concerned agencies.

Qualifications
Filipino Citizen
Meets the admission and retention policies of the SUC/LUC
No previous undergraduate degree
Not overstaying in the program (ex., 4 or 5 years + 1-year grace period)
Applicants must be enrolled at any PamSU campus.
Must be enrolled in CHED-recognized programs (diploma programs are not included).
NOT a recipient of CHED Scholarship Programs (CSPs), Tulong Dunong Program (TDP), SMART Program, DOST Scholarship, any other national government-funded STUFAPs, except those recipients of any one-time grant or subsidy such as, but not limited to, DSWD’s Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) program, etc.
No existing scholarship or financial assistance assisted by SAU, such as private grants.
All applications will be uploaded to the CHED Portal. After the application period, the UniFAST Secretariat will conduct eligibility cross-matching and check for duplicate applications nationwide, as well as duplicate records within the TES database. UniFAST will evaluate and prioritize student-applicants based on the TES prioritization criteria.
Note: Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or inclusion in the TES Program.
